Overwatch 2 Lunar New Year 2023: Start And End Date
The Overwatch 2 Lunar New Year 2023 celebration officially kicks off on January 17, 2023. That'll mean roughly a two-week break between Overwatch 2 Winter Wonderland 2022 and the Chinese New Year Event.
On February 6, the Year of the Rabbit festivities will come to a close.

Click to enlargeWe're still a ways away from the Lunar New Year 2023 Event start date, so naturally, Blizzard is hush-hush about much of what's included. However, the Overwatch 2 Season 2 trailer offers a brief showing of a Year of the Rabbit-themed Skin for Mei.
Beside Mei in the trailer is Legendary Kkachi Echo. This is one of the few Skins in Overwatch 2 that players can earn for free by partaking in event festivities and completing limited-time challenges.
If 2022 is anything to go off of, we can probably expect at least two to three more brand-new Year of the Rabbit Overwatch 2 Skins. And, of course, look out for Lunar New Year favourites from years past in the Store!

While nothing is confirmed yet, there's also a chance Blizzard cooks up some new ways to play Overwatch 2 for this special event.
