Blizzard Entertainment and Twitch are offering an array of Diablo 4 Twitch Drops to celebrate the game's launch. Earning all these Diablo goodies will require a significant time investment, so it's important to understand what you're getting into. Follow our rundown below to find out more.

How to get the Twitch Drops

  • Open the Connections tab on Twitch
  • Link your Twitch and Battle.net accounts
  • Navigate to an eligible Twitch channel streaming Diablo 4
  • Watch an appropriate amount of Diablo 4 content
  • Claim the rewards via the Drops Inventory menu on Twitch

The Diablo 4 Twitch Drops run for four weeks, starting June 6, 2023, at 12am BST. Every week offers different rewards, so you must tune in each week to collect all the Twitch Drops!

Keep in mind that after earning a Diablo 4 Twitch Drop, you must claim the reward Drops Inventory menu on Twitch before you can begin gaining progress towards the next reward.

Week 1 Twitch Drops (Rogue and Necromancer)

Start Time: June 6, 12am BST

End Time: June 12, 7:59am BST

Watch at least three hours of eligible Diablo 4 content during this timeframe to earn the Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger and Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword Weapon Recolors. Make it six hours to tack on the Matron-Sigil Coffer (Rogue) and Progenitor Favor (Necromancer) Back Trophy.

Week 2 Twitch Drops (Sorcerer)

Start Time: June 12, 8am BST

End Time: June 19, 7:59am BST

Tune into eligible Diablo 4 streams on Twitch for at least three hours between June 12, 8am BST and June 19, 7:59am BST to get the Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand Weapon Recolor. Watch for six hours to unlock the Hellrune Tabernacle Back Trophy.

Week 3 Twitch Drops (Druid)

Start Time: June 19, 8am BST

End Time: June 26, 7:59am BST

The Week 3 Diablo 4 Twitch Drops consist of the Azurehand Head-Cleaver Weapon Recolor and the Font of the Mother Back Trophy. The Weapon Recolor is awarded after three hours of watch time, while the Back Trophy is tied to six hours of watch time.

Week 4 Twitch Drops (Barbarian)

Start Time: June 26, 8am BST

End Time: July 3, 7:59am BST

Week 4 of the Diablo 4 Twitch Drops offers a couple of cosmetics for the Barbarian. Three hours of watch time will get you the Azurehand Skull-Crusher. Push it to six hours to earn the Matriarch’s Mantle Back Trophy.

Primal Instinct Mount

Award a Diabo 4 streamer with two Twitch subs to get the Primal Instinct Mount.

Any time while the Diablo 4 Twitch Drops are active, from June 6, 12am BST to July 3, 7:59am BST, you can get the Primal Instinct Mount by gifting two Twitch subscriptions of any tier to an eligible Diablo 4 creator.

Diablo IV Season 2 Twitch Drops

  • October 17-24, 2023 Orichalcum Blade (Necromancer, Rogue, Sorcerer)
  • October 24-31, 2023 Orichalcum Mallet (Barbarian, Druid)
  • October 31-November 6, 2023 Orichalcum Greatsword (Barbarian, Necromancer)
  • November 6-13, 2023 Orichalcum Quarterstaff (Druid)
