As Diablo 4 nears its third Season, it's only increasing in popularity with new players eyeing up the different editions that they can purchase.

There are three different versions of the game on offer, with each offering increasingly more cosmetic items depending on how much money you spend. Which version best suits your needs will be up to you, so we've compared each of the three Diablo 4 editions below.

Here are all of the different editions that you can purchase in Diablo 4:

  • Standard Edition: £59.99/$69.99
  • Deluxe Edition: £79.99/$89.99
  • Ultimate Edition: £89.99/$99.99

What's in the Standard Edition?

Price: £69.99 / $69.99

The Standard Edition is the base edition of Diablo 4. Purchasing this edition of Diablo 4 will get you the Caparison of Faith Mount Armor. Additionally, you will get some cosmetics for other Blizzard titles, including:

  • Diablo III: Inarius Wings and Inarius Murloc Pet
  • World of Warcraft: Amalgam of Rage Mount
  • Diablo Immortal: Umber Winged Darkness Cosmetics Set

What's in the Deluxe Edition?

Price: £89.99 / $89.99

If you opt for the Deluxe Edition of Diablo 4, you will receive all the goodies attached to the Standard Edition, plus a couple of extras. Cosmetic-wise, you will get the Diablo 4 Temptation Mount and Hellborn Carapace Mount Armor. Also, Deluxe Edition purchasers automatically get the Premium Seasonal Battle Pass.

What's in the Ultimate Edition?

Price: £99.99 / $99.99

Appropriately titled, the Ultimate Edition of Diablo 4 includes everything inside the Standard and Deluxe Editions. The only thing separating the Ultimate Editions is the Wings of the Creator​ Emote and 20 Tier Skips to use toward advancing the Seasonal Battle Pass.

Which version of Diablo 4 should you buy?

Now you have all the information you need to make an informed purchase of Diablo 4. If you want to play the game for the cheapest cost, grab the Standard Edition. However, consider the Deluxe or the Ultimate Edition if you're one for cosmetics and the opportunity to play Diablo 4 early.
