Gaming on the go is far more fun when it's handheld, which is why many players might be wondering if Diablo 4 is coming to Nintendo Switch.
With Diablo 4 incorporating plenty of live service elements into its gameplay, including a rotating item shop, daily quests and an intriguing end game, keeping in touch with the game on the regular has never been more important.
What's more, the top-down nature of Diablo 4 lends itself well to the handheld platform of the Nintendo Switch, with characters looking almost like miniatures in a tilt-shift perspective.
With that said, here's everything we know about whether Diablo 4 is coming to Nintendo Switch any time soon.

Will Diablo 4 come to Nintendo Switch?
There is currently no word as to whether Blizzard has plans to release Diablo 4 on the Nintendo Switch, meaning that gamers looking to take the open world of Sanctuary on the go will need to play it on Steam Deck.
Thus far, Diablo 4 is only available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
While a Nintendo Switch version of Diablo 4 hasn't been announced, Blizzard hasn't directly said it won't port the game to the handheld console, either. This means we could potentially see a Switch further into the game's life cycle - though it would likely require Blizzard to scale the game back or create a cloud-streaming version of the game.
Considering how the game is designed from a UI perspective with larger screens in mind, this would likely need to be overhauled so it works effectively on handheld. However, it's worth noting that this wouldn't be a first for the series, as Diablo 3 was released on the Switch back in 2018.
We'll make sure to update this guide if Blizzard announces any plans for a Switch port.
That's all of the details on whether Nintendo Switch will have Diablo 4 available to play.
