According to the official patch notes provided by Santa Monica Studio, God of War Ragnarok Update 2.03 mainly involves fixes to stability and performance. There is only one fix to quests and progression in The Path's main story quest, "The Lost Sanctuary", where you might end up stuck in the caves at some point throughout. 

Overall, this God of War Ragnarok comes down to purging more of the remaining bugs that cause crashes in certain circumstances.
