In order to earn the Grave Mistake trophy in God of War Ragnarok, you need to beat all thirteen Berserker bosses contained with nine gravestones - some containing more than one. These include twelve regular Berserkers who first need to be found and defeated before King Hrólf, the final Berserker, unlocks. However, each Berserker Gravestone is in a specific location. Here are all of the God of War Ragnarok Berserker Gravestone locations.

Where are the Berserker Gravestones?

Svartalfheim

Bodvar the Fierce and Starolfr the Troublesome

This double boss fight can be found in an outside area of the Jarnsmida Pitmines. There is a bit of distance to reach it from the nearest Mystic Gateway, but it shouldn't take long. Whilst it is fine to focus entirely on Bodvar or Starolfr first before killing the other, be sure to keep your eye on both for dodging.

Beigadr the Feared

The Berserker Gravestone location for Beigadr is a short rowboat trip away from the nearest Mystic Gateway towards Alberich Island. This lightning-themed boss fight can be found immediately after reaching the island.

Hardrefill the Callous

Hardrefill is one of the easiest God of War Ragnarok Berserker Gravestone locations to find. This Nioavellir Gravestone can be found right by the nearest Mystic Gateway. You will just need the Draupnir Spear to get across to reach it.

Nilfheim

Skjothendi the Unerring

After unlocking the Mystic Gateway to the second area of Nilfheim, Skjothendi can be found by merely following the singular path. This teleportation and Bifrost attacks, this is one of the harder Berserkers. So, be sure to be prepared.

Alfheim

Svipdagr the Cold and Sisters of Illska

Svipdagr and the Sisters of Illska's Berserker Gravestone location can be found following a quick sleigh ride from the closest Mystic Gateway. Be wary, as this fight will have you against three bosses.

Hjalti the Stolid

Hjaliti's Berserker Gravestone location is another quick sled ride from the nearest Mystic Gateway. Its shield attack can do massive damage from a large range, making it best to maintain a short distance.

Vanaheim

Hvitserkr the Bold

Hvitserkr can easily be found in Pilgrim's Landing, only with a speedy trip from the close-by Mystic Gateway. This poison-themed boss will also summon Nightmares and other creatures to distract you but focus on Hvitserkr instead. You can also just pepper the minions with Companion arrows if you wish.

Haklangr the Bearded

Haklandr's Berserker Gravestone location can be found at this spot in The Sinkholes. There are a couple of Mystic Gateways nearby to make it a quick find. Haklangr regularly uses unblockable attacks or those that will break through you shield, so be sure to keep dodging instead.

Midgard

Fraekni the Zealous

Fraekni is probably one of the first God of War Ragnarok Berserker Gravestone locations you'll encounter, probably being the reason it is probably one of the easiest bosses amongst the Berserkers. Her attacks do quick and heavy damage, but her attack patterns are very predictable. You can almost definitely succeed after one or two attempts.

King Hrolf

After defeating all other Berserkers, the small pile of rubble that you might have seen earlier in the game will activate into Hrolf's gravestone - looking like the others pictured above. Being the King of the Berserkers, Hrolf is of course one of the most difficult bosses in the game. It is advised you have this as one of the last things left to do in Ragnarok. Be sure to have your weapons, armour, and Runic attacks maxed out.
