Click to enlargeThe early access period of the MultiVersus beta is set to run from July 19 until July 26, with the open beta continuing for an unspecified period past that date. Currently, players who were invited to the closed beta and those who have purchased the Founder's Pack will be able to play the early access beta automatically, but the developer has also provided another way to gain access through Twitch drops.
The process for getting a MultiVersus beta Twitch drop is quite simple, and we'll run through it below:
- Start by creating a Warner Bros. Games account, which you can sign up for here.
- On your account page, go down to the 'Connections' tab, and connect your account to your Twitch account.
- Now head to Twitch, and watch any MultiVersus streamer with drops enabled for a total of 60 minutes. Eventually, you should get a notification on your bar at the top of the screen, allowing you to loot the drop.
- Once you have looted the drop from the Twitch inventory page, head to the WarnerBros. betas page here. You may be asked to log in again, and then will be given a choice of platform.
- Select your platform, then click 'Next', and you will be given a beta code to redeem. Just input the code on your preferred platform, and you will be able to jump in and play the MultiVersus early access beta.
