Destiny 2 Sepulcher is one of the newer Lost Sectors in the game, being located in Savathun’s Throne World. Destiny 2 players need Lost Sectors to get themselves new exotic armours, so these short little missions are very important. Sepulcher is a reasonably quick but fairly difficult Lost Sector, and as with all Legend or Master level runs there are plenty of caveats to be aware of. Here is everything you need to know to complete the Sepulcher Lost Sector on Master or Legend difficulty.

As is the standard of all high-level Lost Sectors, there are plenty of modifiers to be aware of before tackling Sepulcher. First, we have the standard Locked Equipment, Match Game and Extra Shields. Enemies have tough shields, and you will need to choose the right weapons to break them, as your loadout will be locked in as soon as you start the Lost Sector. There are champions to contend with, specifically Barrier Knights and Unstoppable Ogres.

The shield types in this Lost Sector are Solar and Arc so be sure to equip weapons of those types. The damage Burn is Solar, so a Solar heavy weapon will do a lot of the heavy lifting here. Otherwise, equip your best or favourite gear that fits these criteria and let’s get started.

In the first room, you have a Knight and a few smaller enemies to deal with. Nothing unusual here, take them out and move on. In the next room, things start to heat up. Enemies will spawn in from the two back corners of the room. Focus on the left corner, as a Barrier Knight will appear here. Hit it with your heavy then be ready to break its shield. Clear out the room and when all enemies are gone, a Lightbearer Wizard appears near the exit door, so be ready for that and you can get the drop on it.

You will go down some stairs into the next room, and it would be a good idea to make use of the stairs and the corner on the stairs for cover. This room is instant death if you go in haphazardly, so keep a distance. There are two Ogres here, and the one on the left is an Unstoppable champion. Hit it with your Unstoppable Rounds and once it is stunned, use your Solar heavy weapon to finish it off. Continue to take out enemies from a distance until you are down to only a few, then move in to finish them off.

Next is the final room of the Lost Sector. When you enter, there will be a large group of Thrall who are docile until they notice you. A good grenade will clear them out. Now, the boss will appear from the other end of the room, it is a gigantic Knight. As soon as it does, hit it with your super, and your heavy weapon, whatever you can to take it down quickly. This boss can be killed instantly and should be killed as quickly as you can, as there are so many more enemies in this room to deal with.

There are piles of little mobs, along with shielded Knights with swords and a Barrier Knight. Ideally, taking out the boss before you have to deal with the mountain of enemies is the way to go, so use distance and cover to do so, then clear up the rest.

That is what you need to do to complete the Destiny 2 Sepulcher Lost Sector on Master or Legend difficulty. For more Destiny 2 guides, check out our quick explainer on why Destiny 2 Lost Sectors are so important.
