Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris will be back for another weekend of the game's toughest PvP competition, and while the pinnacle competitive mode is a huge challenge, its rewards are equally significant.

We're waiting to see what the mode will bring now that we're officially in Into the Light, but there have been some tweaks to loot already, which you'll see below.

In any case, here is everything you need to know about Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris for the weekend of April 26 - 30, including the Trials of Osiris map and rewards. Don't forget, Lightfall has changed focusing costs for Trials of Osiris engrams. You'll also need to own the expansion to take part.

Trials of Osiris start and end time April 26 - 30

As with all things in Destiny 2, Trials of Osiris operates under the same daily and weekly resets as everything else. The start day is always Friday, at the daily reset time. That time differs depending on where you are in the world. The reset time is 6 PM BST/10 AM PDT/1 PM EDT.

Older fans will remember Trials of Osiris as a weekend activity, and it still very much is, but in recent years Trials has spilt over into the following week. Now, Trials of Osiris ends every Tuesday, when the Destiny 2 weekly reset happens. This gives players a couple of extra days to grind out the loot they need.

What is the Destiny 2 Trials Of Osiris map? (April 26 - 30)

To further the competitive nature of the mode, Trials is locked to a set of maps for the whole weekend, to ensure every match takes place on the same battlefield.

As of 6 PM BST/10 AM PDT/1 PM EDT on April 26, the Trials of Osiris map is Cauldron.

The real reason we are all here is for the rewards. Trials weapons and armour are among the most coveted items in the game, reserved only for those brave enough or skilled enough to take on the challenge.

Trials rewards have changed over the years, and nowadays Saint-14 works much like other ritual vendors. There are ranks to unlock, engrams to win, and gear that can be focused.

As such, these are the Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris rewards for April 26 - 30:

  • Rank 4 - Upgrade Module
  • Rank 7 - Enhancement Prisms
  • Rank 10 - Incisor (Strand Trace Rifle)
  • Rank 13 - Upgrade Modules
  • Rank 16 - Eye of Sol (Kinetic Sniper Rifle)
  • Flawless Run Completion - Cataphract GL3 (Grenade Launcher) Adept

New this season is a fresh weekly reward granted for wins before your team is defeated, alongside the rank-up rewards from Saint-14 mentioned above.

  • 3 wins - Trials Armour
  • 4 wins - 5 x Enhancement Core
  • 5 wins - Trials weapon
  • 6 wins - 3 x Enhancement Prisms

All other Trials gear can be acquired as random drops from Trials engrams. Once earned, an item can be focused with an engram (and some materials) to help you get the roll you want.
