Destiny 2 has players delve into Lost Sectors solo on Legend or Master difficulty each week, all in return for the promise of new exotic armour pieces. And with Destiny 2 well on the road to The Final Shape, players can expect Lost Sectors from the Cosmodrome, the Dreaming City, and Neomuna to pop up during Season of the Wish.

As the rotation is an ongoing process, we'll be updating this weekly with details on which Legend Lost Sectors will be active in the game.

Lost Sector weekly rotation & rewards (February 20, 2024)

For those of you who like to plan ahead, here are all of the Lost Sectors in the Legend and Master rotation for this week. Some are easier than others, but each one grants only one kind of armour - so be sure to pick your battles where you can:

Lost Sector Date Rewards (Exotic)
Gilded Precept (Neomuna) 20 February Chest
Scavenger's Den (EDZ) 21 February Helmet
Skydock IV (EDZ) 22 February Boots
The Quarry (EDZ) 23 February Gauntlets
Aphelion's Rest (Dreaming City) 24 February Chest
Bay of Drowned Wishes (Dreaming City) 25 February Helmet
Chamber of Starlight (Dreaming City) 26 February Boots

How to find the daily Lost Sector

Every open-world space in Destiny 2 has several Lost Sectors dotted around them. Featuring a double crescent-like symbol (pictured below), this can be found throughout the map to indicate their locations.

Use the symbol on the map to find the location, then look for the symbol on a wall that indicates the entrance to the Lost Sector.

What are Lost Sectors in Destiny 2?

Destiny 2 Lost Sectors function like short little dungeon areas. They occasionally have some extra mechanics but for the most part, they just involve fighting through a large group of enemies and defeating a boss at the end.

Defeating the boss unlocks a chest, where you can grab your reward. Regular completions don't award you with much beyond the early game, but completing Lost Sectors on Legend or Master difficulty can award you exotic armour.
