How to get the Another Last City quest
You can get the Another Last City quest from Shaw Han at The Steppes landing zone in the Cosmodrome. To get started, open the Director menu, navigate to the Destinations tab, and then teleport to The Steppes landing zone.

Once you spawn, talk to Shaw Han and select Another Last City quest under the Lightfall tag. Doing so will add the said quest, which you can track via the Quest menu.

How to get the Arbalest
As mentioned earlier, Another Last City is a seven-step quest, with each step asking you to defeat a certain number of enemies, some specifically with Fusion Rifles. However, some easy ones, like talking with Banshee-44 at the Tower, task you to complete "A Guardian Rises" New Light main quest.

To make things easier, here is what you must do to complete Another Last City quest:
- Step 1: Defeat foes of the Traveler wherever they’re found. More powerful foes grant additional progress. (0/100)
- Step 2: Defeat combatants using your abilities or Super. (0/50)
- Step 3: Complete the quest “A Guardian Rises” while you wait for the schematic to finish processing the data. [If you have already completed the said quest, this step with auto-complete.]
- Step 4: Bring the schematic to Banshee-44 in the Tower Courtyard.
- Step 5: Defeat combatants and complete public events in the newly discovered destination: Neomuna
- Combatants (0/100)
- Public Events (0/3)
- Step 6: Defeat targets while using any Fusion Rifle or Linear Fusion Rifle. Defeated Guardians grant additional progress. [If you are good at PvP, you can complete this step quickly in The Crucible]
- Step 7: Deliver the complete schematic to Banshee-44 in the Tower Courtyard.
Once you finish the above steps, you will complete the Another Last City quest.
