League of Legends Patch 13.2 is already just around the corner. League of Legends has kicked Season 13 into high gear, and the updates are following quickly behind. Patch 13.2 is, as the title suggests, the second patch coming to the new season, with even more updates and big changes to a bunch of Champions. Here is everything we know, courtesy of the League of Legends Patch 13.2 patch notes.

League Of Legends Patch 13.2: Annie Changes

Annie is a Champion that has seen her pick rate dwindle down to almost nothing. In the last year, she has seen almost no changes whatsoever, so it seems now is the time to do something about that.

From Patch 13.2 onwards, Annie's passive Pyromania will have full stacks at the beginning of the game and on each respawn, allowing you to use it instantly. Her W ability Incinerate is getting a reduction in mana cost. Her E ability is Molten Shield, which protects whoever she casts it on and does damage to enemies who strike it. After the patch, the shield will do more reflected damage and it will be stronger at lower levels.

Her ultimate ability is to summon Tibbers, Annie's bear companion. Tibbers' health and resistance will now scale with your ability power, making him much more difficult to take down.

League Of Legends Patch 13.2: ADC Buffs

A broad stroke of improvement is coming for carry Champions, with more mana coming to these damage dealers. Specifically, buffs are coming to Ashe, Caitlyn, Ezreal, Jhin, Jinx, Kai’Sa, Lucian, Miss Fortune, Senna, Sivir, Twitch, and Xayah. Each one is getting an improvement to either their base mana, their mana regeneration, or the growth of either stat throughout the game.

Furthermore, many ADC-centric items are getting improvements as well. These will be detailed in the full list of changes below, but safe to say that 13.2 is a good patch for carry players.
