Initially, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty appears pretty impenetrable with its difficulty, especially with a first boss that is becoming a huge roadblock for most players. However, once you get past that initial hurdle, things manage to ease up a bit.

A big part of this is down to the fact you will have reinforcements join you in fights. These basically translate to AI companions that will take some of the heat off you in battle and even help you take down mobs that are in your path.

Throughout your Wo Long adventure, you are going to want to level these up as much as possible, and one of the best ways to do that is with the Cup of Cordiality - a key item that works at raising the oath level of your companions.

If you want to track some of these down and grind out your reinforcements oath level in Wo Long, here is how to get them and the best farming method.

As you progress through the game, you will find Cup of Cordiality in a variety of missions. Some are mission rewards, whilst others will reside off the beaten path in areas. So far, the confirmed list of missions they are known to appear on includes:

  • Battle of Hulaguan Pass
  • The Uninhibited Heart
  • Lu Bu, Mightiest Among Men
  • Decisive Battle of Guandu

These are a mixture of main and sub-missions in Wo Long, but the majority of players have found The Unhibited Heart a fantastic way of grinding out the Cup of Cordiality reward.

Your objective is to track down an NPC known as Xun Yu, and as luck would have it, they always spawn near a Cup of Cordiality. Simply scour the area near the mission objective and you will find what you are looking for.

If you’re quick enough, you can complete this mission in about two minutes and it can be replayed as many times as you wish, meaning it’s a perfect opportunity to grind out gaining the Cup of Cordiality in Wo Long.
