The Tower of Fantasy tier list allows players to learn about the best playable Simulacra and weapons currently available in the game. As Tower of Fantasy players know, you need perform rerolls and choose SSR units wisely. Investing resources in the "not so good" characters and weapons will waste the limited and hard-to-find resources that players can use on the correct Simulacra to become overpowered. Tower of Fantasy Tier List: Weapons and Simulacra Explained

Before we continue with the Tower of Fantasy tier list, players should know that the game has two types of weapons. 

• Simulacra - The Simulacra, whom most of us refer to as characters, are SSR and SR playable units that players can equip to give the Wanderer the respective Simulacra's appearance and abilities. 
  • The SSR Simulacras come with unique traits and are not similar to other weapons of the same type. Meanwhile, the SR Simulacra have no unique traits. 
• Normal Weapons - At the time of writing, we have twelve categories of Normal weapons, namely: 
  • Swords
  • Claymores
  • Double Blades
  • Shields/Axes
  • Spears
  • Scythes
  • Hammers
  • Bows
  • Guns
  • Enchanted Cubes
  • Sceptres
  • Chakrams

In this Tower of Fantasy tier list, we have rated every Simulacra, aka playable characters, while rating a few weapon categories. 

S+ Tier Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy

The S+ tier Simulacra/weapons are the best units players should aim to get and build in Tower of Fantasy. 

• Meryl - Rosy Edge 
• Samir - Dual EM Stars

Meryl is the best Shieldbreaker in the entirety of Tower of Fantasy. Some can argue that King is a better Shieldbreaker in the game. However, if you build Meryl correctly and equip her with King's, Robarg, and Shiro's Matrices, you will know that Meryl breaks shields faster than any other Simulacra. 

As for Samir, she is the best DPS unit currently available in the game. Her abilities, Bullet Rain, Energy Burst, and Phantom Kick, deal massive damage. Samir's discharge ability, Domain of Thunder, removes all debuffs while strongly suspending targets within the area and dealing a total of 238.3% of ATK  +13 damage over 3 attacks.

S Tier Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy

The S Tier Simulacra are some of the best units in the game. If you build them correctly, they can match up to S+ Tier Simulacra, in terms of DPS, Utility, and Shieldbreaking. 

• King - Scythe of the Crow
• Cocoritter - Absolute Zero 
• Tsubasa - Icewind Arrow

A Tier Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy

The A Tier Simulacra are good. You can use them to clear the game content in Tower of Fantasy. However, it is better to invest resources in S or S+ Tier units as they perform well in PvP too.

• Crow - Thunderblades
• Huma - Molten Shield V2
• Shiro - Charkram of the Seas
• Zero - Negating Cube

B Tier Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy

B Tier Similacra includes the SR units you can use for PvE content. 

• Bai Ling - Nightingale's Feather 
• Ene - Pummeler 
• Pepper - Staff of Scars

C Tier Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy

The C Tier Simulacra are not worth uprading. 

• Echo - Thunderous Halberd 
• Hilda - The Terminator

D Tier Weapons in Tower of Fantasy 

Apart from the SSR and SR Simulacra, almost every weapon falls in D Tier as they are not worth upgrading. Some of the weapons that you stand above other rare weapons are - 

• EM Blade
• Composite Bow
• Frosted Spear 
• Combat Blades
