You can find the SR rarity meat Prime Cuts by farming wild animals in the Astra, Banges, and Navia regions of the Tower of Fantasy's Aesperia map. Obtaining Prime Cuts depends on the RnG, and there are no actual means to get it in the game. All you can do is keep hunting Birds, Monkey Alphas, Rabbits, Sandworms, and Wolves to increase your chances of obtaining the Prime Cuts meat.

When you kill a wild beast, you will usually get the common rarity meat called Game Meat. Sometimes you will obtain a Rear Hock, a lump of rare meat. While the in-game description of the respective rarity of meat tells the more the animal moves, the better the meat is. After reading this, we tried letting the White Rabbit run around for almost one to two minutes, but we got Game Meat only. Then we switched to hunting birds south of Rusty Belt in the Asra region, and sadly, we only got Game Meat.

We are trying to say that we have tried different things, and still obtaining the Prime Cuts SR meat was based on pure luck. Thankfully, the wild beasts in Tower of Fantasy respawn very quickly, so maintaining the farming process was punishing for sure, but not halted.
