It can be a long process for claiming the Lost Ark Asura Island Token. Firstly, you will need to take part in two cooperative quests shortly after arriving at the island, one of which is PvE, and the other PvP. Three minutes after the first person enters the island, the PvE quest will begin and task all players with killing a total of 200 monsters together. You will get Blood Shards for this is which is to getting the token later.

All players receive 5 Blood Shards for taking part and some silver, while players who kill the most monsters and rank from one to four, will receive even more, maxing out at 15. Once this PvE quest is done, the PvP quest will then begin. This is a free-for-all where all the players on the island must compete and kill each other. The quest ends when a total of 600 points have been reached, and players will gain Blood Shards and silver based on their performance. You will get 20 Blood Shards for participating, while 1st place will gain 100.

Your total amount of Blood Shards can be checked in the "Sailing Materials" tab of the inventory, and you will need 100 total to progress to the next part of the island. This means you may have to come back and repeat the PvE and PvP quests until you reach the required amount.

With the 100 Blood Shards you can go to the Island Spirit NPC and exchange them for an item called Challenge of Blood which will begin the main questline. After finishing this first quest, you will be teleported out of the island, so you'll need to come back again when possible. Upon returning and speaking to the Island Spirit again, you can start the quest, Gangwoon's Rematch, which will reward you the Island Token on completion.

Asura Island is a PvP adventure island, which means it's on a somewhat randomised schedule and will only appear at certain times during the week. To check when it's available, you can look at the Procyon's Compass which can be accessed just below the minimap.

The island is positioned on the west side of the seas between North Vern and Shushire, located toward the north of the world map. It can be just found west of Lost Ark Medeia, which is another PvP island, and is north-east of Lost Ark Monte Island. It's one of the earlier islands you can access in the end-game as it only requires an item level of 250.
