Lost Ark Anytime Anywhere: Beginning The Quest
Anytime Anywhere is a roster quest that can be accessed on the island of Kalthertz by talking to a character called Nison. It's recommended that you reach the end-game by getting to combat level 50 before doing this, and you require access to the Lost Ark ships to get there initially. The island is to the north of the global map, sitting just underneath Shushire.
Lost Ark Anytime Anywhere: How To Collect Information About Prisoners
The quest tasks you with collecting information about Nison's daughter by freeing and talking to some slaves on the eastern side of the island. There is an annoying dose of RNG involved, and it can lead you to spending a good chunk of your Lost Ark Pirate Coins.
Navigate toward the eastern side of Kalthertz to find the slave market. Essentially, you need to purchase slaves and free them, so they can provide the information that Nison needs. Their prices vary, and you're best off purchasing the cheapest ones. There is also a purchase limit of five per real-time day, which is where the annoying aspect of the quest introduces itself.
After a day, the freed slaves will send you chests called Letters of Gratitude that contain rewards, and if you are lucky, information about Nison's daughter. These can be found at the Mail Carrier NPC. You need to get this information three times, and you aren't guaranteed to get them all from the first batch of slaves you purchase. Repeat the same method until you have all the information you require, and then you can finish the quest with Nison.
