Is Lies of P on Xbox Game Pass? Console, PC & cloud versions explained

After releasing following a range of positive reception, hopeful Lies of P players will be wondering if the new Soulslike title is on Xbox Game Pass. Being a new spin on the classic 1883 Pinocchio novel by Carlo Collodi, both those new to the genre and fans of the FromSoftware games which inspired its creation will be keen to play on console, PC, or even cloud streaming.

Fortunately for subscribers, yes, Lies of P is on Game Pass right now as a day-one title - ready to play for anyone on the standard or Ultimate subscription tiers. 

Lies of P had been confirmed for Game Pass for a long while, ever since Gamescom 2022's Opening Night Live. In fact, the game landed on Game Pass on Monday, September 18, 2023 - a day earlier than its release date of Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

As clarified on its Xbox game page, Lies of P is available to play on Game Pass for PC and cloud streaming as well as Xbox consoles. While you can access Lies of P on Game Pass for PC and console by subscribing to their respective standard tiers, the Game Pass Ultimate tier allows you to access the game on both platforms along with being able to stream it with Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Using Game Pass Ultimate to access the Xbox Cloud Gaming service allows Lies of P to be played via streaming to any compatible device like smartphones, iPads, MacBooks, PCs, laptops, smart TVs, and of course Xbox consoles.
