Hogwarts Legacy: How To Fix 'Unable To Connect To WB Games' Error
You can try the following methods to fix the error and connect your Warner Bros account to Hogwarts Legacy:
- Restart the game.
- Check the WB Games Support Twitter account for current updates.
- Check your internet connection.
- Wait for the servers to clear up.
- Try to redeem and link your account within the game menus instead of the starting screen. (to do this launch the game and go to 'Settings', then click 'User Interface Options' which is the last option down. Click 'WB Games Account'. Now, log into your Warner Bros account to link it to your game.)
- Make sure you have registered for both a WB Games account here and a fan account here.
To make sure your Harry Potter fan club account is linked before attempting to link the WB account with Hogwarts Legacy, follow these steps:
- Log into your WB account
- Click on your profile icon (top right)
- Click 'Account Information'
- Scroll down to the 'Harry Potter Fan Club' option and click the 'Connect' prompt.
- Click the 'Harry Potter Fan Club' link which will take you to the page to log in.
- Once you are logged in, back on the Warner Bros page you should get the pop-up message to say you're connected.
Most players have reported success by either restarting their game a few times or by following the in-game account link.
