Tower Of Fantasy Cobalt-B: How To Get

Tower of Fantasy is releasing a limited-time offer of Cobalt-B from October 6 to October 26. Cobalt-B is the newest SSR Simulacra to release in Tower of Fantasy, she uses a flame gun and is described as a mechanical engineer on the Hykros weapon development team. How To Get Cobalt-B In Tower Of Fantasy

Cobalt-B is featured on two limited edition Special Orders at an increased 50% drop rate for both. Meaning, if you get to a guaranteed SSR Simulacra drop there's a 50% chance of obtaining Cobalt-B.

Burning Reaction Special Order– Spend red nucleus in return for a pull of the gacha. For every 10 pulls you are guaranteed either an SR or a rarer SSR. For every 80 pulls (orders) you are guaranteed an SSR Simulacra character. Red Nuclei can be earnt in-game slowly or bought in bulk from the shop by converting Dark Crystals into them or buying them directly with Tanium. (Tanium is the premium currency you can buy with real money from the shop).

Skilful Intuition Special Order - Spend Special Vouchers in return for a pull of the gacha. For every 10 pulls you are guaranteed either an SR or a rarer SSR. For every 40 pulls you are guaranteed an SSR with a boosted rate to get Cobalt-B. You can get Special Vouchers at the shop in return for Dark Crystals.

You can purchase Tanium with real money at the shop also, and convert these into Dark Crystals, this is how you would buy a Special Order. To get to the shop click on the shop icon at the top right of the screen (hold ALT if on PC) and press the 'HOT' tab for Special Voucher prices.

Tower Of Fantasy: Flaming Revolver

Cobalt-B's weapon is called the Flaming Revolver and is available to purchase separately during the timed event.

Go to the Special Orders menu and click on the 'Limited Store Shopping Mall' button. This will take you to a special store where you can purchase the Flaming Revolver in exchange for 120 Flame Gold.

Flame Gold is converted from duplicates of specific Omnium weapons. This essentially means that you get Flame Gold for every Red Nucleus you spend on a Special Order. If you have Flame Gold saved up from previous banners, you can buy the Flaming Revolver this way.

The Flaming Revolver tied to Cobalt-B has a charged attack which causes 58% flame damage on a target for eight seconds. Once on fire, targets have a 50% reduction in healing and flame attack increases damage by a further 15% if you have an additional flame weapon attached to your character.
