The Honkai Star Rail Luocha Banner is an ongoing way to get your hands on some powerful characters. Honkai Star Rail has periodic events known as Warps, or Banners to fans of the game previous to Honkai, Genshin Impact, where the system was made popular.

Click to enlargeThe Honkai Star Rail Luocha Banner runs from June 28, 2023, to July 18, 2023. This is great news for anyone who wasn't aware, as the Warp is already underway.
Players have a few weeks left in order to get the most out of the Laic Pursuit Warp. Ideally, you want to at least grab Luocha herself before the Warp ends on July 18, as this five-star character is the one to get.
The Laic Pursuit Warp contains one featured 5-star character, three featured 4-star characters, and no new Light Cones.

Honkai Star Rail Luocha Banner: Featured 5-star character, Luocha

You have just a 0.6% chance of pulling this character each time you spend a Star Rail Pass on this Warp. Thanks to the Pity system, you are guaranteed to get a 5-star character after 90 pulls. However, it is then a 50% chance that the 5-star character you get will be Luocha.
However, if you reach 90 pulls, get your guaranteed 5-star and it isn't Luocha, take some solace in the fact that your next 5-star will definitely be the featured character. At a minimum, and it is a pretty drastic minimum, you are guaranteed to get Luocha in 180 pulls or less.

Honkai Star Rail Luocha Banner: Featured 4-star characters
Click to enlargeThe featured 4-star characters in the Laic Pursuit Warp are Pela, Qingque, and Yukong. You are guaranteed to get a 4-star character every 10 pulls, so you will likely garner quite a few of these in your pursuit of that elusive 5-star Luocha.
The Pity system that ensures you get a 5-star character eventually does also apply to 4-star characters, so rest assured that you should be able to get them all, with considerable effort.
