Best Honkai Star Rail Luocha build: Relics, Light Cones & more
Honkai Star Rail Luocha is a five-star Abundance character of the Imaginary element that heals in a rather unique way. Rather than scaling on HP like the other current options, Luocha's healing scales on his attack stat, and his abilities go way beyond just keeping your party alive too. Also, he's hot, which is probably why most people want him in the game.
This mysterious merchant carries a coffin with him everywhere and is a powerful support character for those looking for not just survivability, but utility as well. However, all of that's for nought if you don't build him right and use him correctly. The good news though, is that we've got you covered.

Honkai Star Rail Luocha abilities
Luocha's basic attack hits enemies - not a huge shock. His skill restores an ally's health based on his attack, and also grants him a stack of Abyss Flower. Not only that, he can automatically trigger this ability when an ally drops below 50% of their health, and it can trigger again after two turns.
His talent means that when you have two stacks of Abyss Flower, it creates a special field over enemies. Whenever those enemies are attacked, it will heal whoever is attacking. Finally, his ultimate ability removes one buff from all enemies and deals damage as well as granting one stack of Abyss flower.

Click to enlargeLuocha's best Light Cone is his signature one, the five-star Echoes of the Coffin. Echoes of the Coffin boosts his attack, increases his allies speed, and helps him recover energy too. Outside of that, his best four-star option is generally Quid Pro Quo. This light cone is a four-star that you can get in a few ways, including hitting Trailblazer rank 20, and it helps him generate more energy for his teammates. He also does well with Shared Feeling, which is a gacha weapon that improves his outgoing healing and lets him regenerate energy too.
Honkai Star Rail Luocha relics
Luocha being an attack-scaling healer means that there isn't a single relic set that's best for him at the moment. You can mix and match the two-piece bonuses for Passerby of Wandering Cloud and Musketeer of Wild Wheat, which boosts his outgoing healing and his attack respectively.
You can also do either of those as four-piece sets if you want and the stats are good. You'll want to generally go for Space Sealing Station for his Planar Ornaments though, as it boosts his attack even more, which boosts his healing as a result.
Stat-wise, you generally want to go for ATK% on most pieces, but Speed is good on the boots, and the energy regeneration rate can be good on the Link Rope too.
Honkai Star Rail Luocha teams
Click to enlargeBecause Luocha is a healer, he can be put on basically any team and do a good job. However, keep in mind that he benefits from attack-boosting teammates like Asta and Yukong.
He's also good enough at healing that you likely won't need a shielder unit or a second healer, so feel free to focus more on damage output than anything else for his teammates.
