How to change your character appearance
If you’re not happy with how you look after Hogwarts Legacy’s opening, then don’t worry, you can change how you look a few hours into the game. Press forward with the story until you unlock the ability to venture into Hogsmeade.
Once you arrive here, you want to look out for Madam Snelling’s Tress Emporium - it’s easily distinguishable by the scissors icon on the map. Once found, set a course and enter the shop. If you’re struggling to find it, it’s located in the image below:
Inside, you’ll meet Calliope Snelling, and after a brief cutscene, you will be able to change the appearance of your character. You’ll be able to change hairstyle, complexion, and eyebrows. This includes elements such as the colour of your hair and eyes.
Once you’ve selected the parts of your appearance you want to change, it will cost you 20 gold to complete the process. Simply confirm your decision, hand over the money, and you will have changed your character’s appearance.
It’s also worth noting that you should make sure to choose as many changes as you want in one go. This will save spending 20 gold each time you want to make a transformation in Hogwarts Legacy.
