Who is Rosalyne in Genshin Impact?
Rosalyne in Genshin Impact is also known as La Signora or 'The Fair Lady' and is number eight of the eleven Fatui Harbingers, powerful lieutenants to Cryo Archon, Tsaritsa. Featured in the Genshin Impact 'A Winter Night's Lazzo' chapter teaser, Rosalyne is shown to be mourned by the other Harbingers with teasers of a possible Fatui story in the next Archon chapter. Who Is Rosalyne?
Rosalyne in Genshin Impact was the first Fatui Harbinger introduced into the series during Act three of the Prologue, after Dvalin's restoration. She successfully steals Venti's Gnosis (connection to Celestia and proof of his Archon status), establishing herself as a powerful adversary in the series with her intent to collect the other Gnosis from the Archons. Rosalyne was ultimately killed after losing a duel with the Traveler and being cut down by the Raiden Shogun. Her death left unanswered questions regarding the hierarchy of the Fatui Harbingers. This has been hinted at with the recent 'A Winter Night's Lazzo' chapter teaser featuring her funeral amongst the other Harbingers.
Rosalyne's origins are something of a mystery. We know that she was a celebrated academic at the Sumeru Academia. She lived in Mondstadt 500 years ago, before becoming the Crimson Witch of Flame, abandoning her mortal body in her grief from losing the man she loved. She uses a Cryo Delusion to suppress her Pyro abilities and keep them in check, something she abandoned during the duel against the Traveler. Fatui Harbingers

The Fatui Harbingers are introduced early on in Genshin Impact, with Fatui diplomats featured at Mondstadt and seemingly interfering with the politics there. They are seen as a darker faction in Genshin Impact, a group that hails from the region of Snezhnaya and only has their Archon's interests at heart. The Fatui are the elite and powerful classes of Snezhnaya, the elven Fatui Harbingers are executive officers chosen for their exceptional power and strength. The main Fatui character available currently is Childe, the youngest of the Harbingers.
