Currently, Genshin Impact is on version 4.1 and has four main chapters, made up of subsequent acts and sub-quests. Archon quests are the main storyline of the game and usually revolve around the Archon of the region they are set in.
Below we've gathered a list of all Genshin Impact Archon quests in order so you can follow them along. We've also added speculated future chapters, where they are rumored to be set and which Archon they will most likely follow.
All Archon quests in order
There is a total of four chapters released as of writing, plus the prologue chapter set in Mondstadt. The Archon Quests are in the following order:

This Archon chapter is rumored to be set in the region of Natlan and contains the Pyro Archon Murata.
Chapter Six 'Everwinter Without Mercy'
This Archon chapter is rumored to be set in the nation of Snezhnaya and features Cryo Archon Tsaritsa.
Chapter Seven 'The Dream Yet to be Dreamed'
This Archon chapter is rumored to be set outside of Teyvat, in the mysterious fallen kingdom of Khaenri'ah. A region without Archons and built entirely by humans.
Epilogue
The Epilogue will mark the end of the Traveler’s journey through the different nations of Teyvat and will wrap up loose threads of the story revolving around the Traveler’s sibling. The rumored destination for the Epilogue will be a region called The Sea of Flowers at the End.
