Rachel "Valkyrae" Hofstetter has revealed some of the "sick" messages she has received from some of her fans that have left her feeling creeped out.

As one of the world's most popular female streamers, Valkyrae often finds herself in the public eye. She may have received a great deal of backlash after launching her controversial skincare collection RFLCT, but with a wealth of followers on social media as well as YouTube, she still has a dedicated and supportive fanbase behind her. For example, she sent fans wild with her Viper cosplay and many have continued to support her through her GTA RP addiction

However, Valkyrae has revealed that some of her fans can go a bit too far and have gone on to send her creepy DMs that have left the 30-year-old lost for words.

What Did Valkyrae Say About Her "Sick" DMs From Fans?

During one of her most recent streams, Valkyrae opened up about some of the "icky" messages she has received from obsessive fans. Addressing her chat, Valkyrae said: "We need to have another talk. Okay. Some of you are sick. I decided to open up my DMs [...] The very first one I saw, it was from a person who was having full blown conversations with themselves about how much they're in love with me. How much they know that they're the best for me."

She also claimed that she received images, but they were "blurred out" and she didn't open any of them anyway.

How Did Valkyrae React To The Creepy Messages From Fans?

Valkyrae claimed that the "icky" fan who sent her the DM was immediately banned after they'd sent several messages over a number of days. She also warned there will be bans for anyone who decides to plague her with creepy messages. Valkyrae further stated that anyone who tries to get around the ban by creating another account will just be banned again.

As she brought her rant to a close, the YouTuber stated: "I'm just letting you guys know that if I block you, or if anyone else blocks you for whatever reason on Instagram, you won't be able to follow them on a new account, okay? So stop being icky!"
