Imane "Pokimane" Anys and "JiDion" have sent the internet wild with their unexpected collaboration in a recent YouTube video. The duo answered questions surrounding their beef and why they decided to make nice after a contentious few weeks.

At the beginning of January 2022, YouTuber JiDion was banned indefinitely from Twitch after he sent a 'hate raid' to Pokimane's stream and then proceeded to harass her on social media, leading her to make private her Twitter account.

The drama reverberated around the community and soon Pokimane found herself in a war of words with Tyler "Ninja" Blevins and his wife and manager, Jessica, but JiDion proceeded to make a number of appeals to Pokimane to have the ban revoked. He apologised for his behaviour and called on his followers, who had continued to harass Pokimane, to back down.

Now, the pair have clearly decided to let bygones be bygones and, after teasing fans about the union, have come together to answer fans' questions about the feud.

What JiDion Say About The Pokimane Beef?

In the YouTube video posted on February 16, JiDion and Pokimane had a heart-to-heart about the drama surrounding the hate raid. Earlier in the video, JiDion explained that he doesn't "like having beef with people." So, he decided to offer an olive branch to Pokimane and apologise. Well, not so much an olive branch but a basket of mustard to poke fun at the fact she has referred to him as Dijon during her streams.

As Pokimane joined him for the interview, the two shared a mountain of food together and talked about the drama. As the pair shook hands and did a 'trust fall' together, Pokimane stated: "I wish we could have just been friends, instead of starting on that foot." She also accepted JiDion's apology, but warned that he "exhibited certain behaviours or said certain things that you didn't realize are kinda sexist."

Why Did Pokimane Post Her Makeup-Free Selfie?

As the duo tucked into their burgers, JiDion dared Pokimane to post the makeup-free selfie of her on Twitter that he had originally used to harass her before his permanent Twitch ban. He even advised her to caption the image with "this face makes more money than you ever will" and she did exactly that

So, it officially looks like the two have become friends. Fans may still be a little bit puzzled as to how Pokimane and JiDion have managed to turn around things so quickly but based on the reaction of the video, which has generated more than 2.5 million views in a day, people are happy to see the two reconciling.
