All blue medallion locations in Quarry and Fish Farm in Resident Evil 4 Remake
While playing the Resident Evil 4 Remake campaign, you'll find a second Destroy Blue Medallion questline for the Quarry and Fish Farm.
It's the second time you'll tackle this kind of quest in Resident Evil 4 Remake, the first being to find the Blue Medallions in the Farm.
While the quest objectives are straightforward, you must find and destroy Blue Medallions in Quarry and Fish Farm and return to the Merchant to complete the quest and receive rewards. Finding them is difficult as they are hidden in nooks and crannies.

All blue medallion locations in Quarry and Fish Farm in Resident Evil 4 Remake

There are five Blue Medallions that you must find and destroy to complete Destroy Blue Medallion 2 side quest in Resident Evil 4 Remake. One medallion is located in the Quarry, one is in the area from where you take the Boat and fight the Del Lago boss, and the last three are in the Fish Farm.

The first Blue Medallion is hanging from the wooden beam in the Quarry where the El Gigante boss fight takes place. When you are there, look above to spot the Blue Medallion.

Once you are past Quarry and the Merchant NPC, you will enter an area where you get the prompt to scout the nearby area using your Binoculars. As soon as you do that, you will find a couple of Ganados throwing an office in the Lake.

After the short cutscene, take the path on your left and jump down. When you reach the docks level, you can find the second Blue Medallion hanging from the wooden floor.

The third Blue Medallion is found inside a small hut in the Fish Farm area. When you enter the Fish Farm area, after you fall, take the path on your left and then take the first right. You will find a wooden cabin and the third Blue Medallion hanging from its ceiling.

The fourth Blue Medallion is hanging between the space left by a wooden plank. After destroying the third medallion, stick to the path on your left and you will come across the fourth Blue Medallion.

The fifth and final Blue Medallion is found beneath the wooden platform at the end of the Fish Farm area. Enter the water and stick to the right side of Fish Farm; you will eventually reach the fifth Blue Medallion location, as shown in the above screenshot.
