How to find all the Blue Medallions in Castle Gate in Resident Evil 4 Remake
Blue Medallion contracts are an optional side quest you can complete in the Resident Evil 4 Remake, in return for Spinel, a rare currency used for certain upgrades. You can pick up these Resident Evil 4 Remake side quests from Blue Posters, scattered amongst the various game chapters.
One such Poster will ask you to destroy five Blue Medallions at the Castle Gate section of the Resident Evil 4 Remake. This is a tricky area of the game to explore as there will be constant explosions raining down on you and Ashley in the area. Follow our guide to get to the Medallions as quickly as possible and avoid damage.
Where are all the Blue Medallions in Castle Gate?

To get the side quest for the Blue Medallions, you can pick up the Blue Poster in the Merchant's alcove, past the Castle Gate. To gain access here, you'll need to use the cannon on the battlements to blow open the doors.
Once you're within the gate and have picked up the poster, follow the instructions below to get all Blue Medallions in the area.

As you approach the objective to 'Head for the Courtyard' to meet Luis, you'll be greeted with a brief cutscene of archers blocking your way. Before advancing, turn right at the castle wall where the first battlement on the second platform is.
Click to enlargeHere you'll see the first Blue Medallion in the distance, between some trees and underneath a balcony area. This Medallion is at the very beginning of the level before you go past the catapults.

Advance past the wall with the archers and up a spiral set of stairs, taking care to avoid any incoming explosions. Turn right and walk along the battlements, turn right again and walk around the ruined room and through a ruined stone wall where a cultist will be waiting for you on the left. Dispatch of them and continue through the wooden door here.
On the right-hand side will be a few barrels to destroy, a treasure case, and a Blue Medallion hanging down.

Stay where you are from the last Medallion location, the next one is directly up. Aim your camera up from where the lats Medallion was, angled towards the buildings on the right side.
Look up, and to the right and the Medallion will be hanging below some wooden scaffolding.

Walk back through the wooden door you used to come this way. Look up to the stone archway connecting the room to the outside. Above the arch will be a window containing the next Blue Medallion.

Walk forwards, towards the cannon and the stone-rounded building behind it. Inside the domed gazebo-like building the Medallion will be hanging inside the window to the right.

Now, drop down the ruined stonework next to the cannon and walk around to the stone archway. Turn back at the archway and face the cannon or the space where the cannon used to be and look up. The last Medallion is hanging high up above a grated window.
