Resident Evil 4 Remake offers a variety of side quests that players can tackle to get Spinel which they can trade with the Merchant to obtain exclusive items and upgrades. Among many, we have one where players must find and destroy Blue Medallions in the Farm area right after the Chainsaw encounter in the Village Square.
Destroying Blue Medallions in the Farm area is the first side quest you will come across in Resident Evil 4 Remake. While the Blue Medallions in the Farm area existed in the original game, their locations have changed. As a result, many players may find locating all Blue Medallions in the Farm area rather daunting.

In total, there are five Blue Medallions that you must find in the Farm area and destroy to complete the side quest "Destroy the Blue Medallions." Typically, once you take on the said mission, you can open your map and check out the location of the Blue Medallions.

However, even though the location is roughly laid out on the game map, finding them is difficult as they are well hidden. So to make things easier, we have shared the location of all five Blue Medallions below:

The first Blue Medallion is hanging from the outer wall of the Farm area room where you find the Typewriter.

The second Blue Medallion is found in the window of the Barn that leads to the Windmill.

The third Blue Medallion is well-hidden near the wooden pillar supporting the Windmill balcony sidewalk. You can shoot it while standing on the makeshift wooden path that connects the Barn and the Windmill.

The fourth Blue Medallion is also a difficult one to find as it is hidden behind one of the vertical wooden beams supporting the cowshed.

The fifth and last Blue Medallion is found hanging from the ceiling of the Toolshed located in the backside of the cowshed.
