Magik's challenge, Demon Child, is all about challenging you to think with portals so you can master the various enemy manoeuvring mechanics of Magik's kit and deal heavy damage to one target. The challenge gives you seven different cards, five enemies to take on, and some environmental hazards to make deadly use of, but it doesn't require that you defeat all the enemies like most other challenges. 

Here's our step-by-step solution to the Demon Child challenge for Magik.

1. Play the Limbo's Grasp card to get some heroism and damage for your portals. 
2. Use Limbo Portal and aim it at the leyline on your right side. 
3. Use Quick Soulslash on the enemy directly in front so they are knocked through the portal. 
4. Play Trap Door on the same enemy, this time placing them in the radius of the other leyline, but also directly in front of the nearby enemy.
5. Detonate the leyline that the enemy is now in the radius of. 
6. Use Kick on the same enemy to knock them back into the enemy behind. 
7. Use Trap Door again on the same enemy to place them in front of another enemy. 
8. Use Soul Blast to knock them back into the nearest enemy, killing them. 
9. Finally, play Darkchylde to survive the round of attacks and finish the challenge. 

Once you've finished the Demon Child challenge, you will get Magik's Legendary Darkchydle card and her Midnight Sun combat suit.
