Lost Ark Proxima: Where To Find The Proxima World Boss

The Lost Ark Proxima boss is a powerful end-game world boss that players have been struggling to track down and take out. Lost Ark Proxima Boss: Where To Find Them?

The Lost Ark Proxima spawn location can be found on the continent of North Vern, which is located in the centre of the world map. You need to be at least combat level 50 and equipped item level 250 before taking part in this fight, and remember, it will be more difficult than the likes of the Lost Ark Salt Giant which can be fought when levelling up. 

On North Vern, Proxima is the Vernese Forest region, but it can be a little difficult to get to the bosses' location. If you navigate toward the south-east area of the map you should come across a Tripod next to the headquarters of the Vern rangers. Next to these areas, is a path you can follow that leads you above the forest floor. Follow it along and make the first jump, then take a left at the intersection and turn right toward the zipline. Interact with the zipline, and it will take you into the arena where you can fight the world boss Proxima.

Proxima is fairly similar to the Lost Ark Rovlen world boss in terms of mechanics and look, as it's also a large flesh-devouring plant. Make sure to check the area chat for players calling out when the boss spawns, as it runs on a timer once killed. They'll typically announce which channel the boss has spawned in, which can be swapped by using the drop-down menu in the top right of the screen. You will need the help of other players to slay Proxima, so do the same if you happen upon them on your own.

You will earn a first kill reward the first time you defeat Proxima, which rewards you a chest with three pieces of epic gear and fills in the relevant section of the Adventurer's Tome. Furthermore, you'll receive a random assortment of currencies, resources, and items, along with experience.
