Where can you find the Sea Salt-Crusted Key?

Before using the key, you'll have to finish the 'Temple of the Star Latitudes' portion of Mona's event.
The Sea Salt-Crusted Key can be found on the island west of the Minacious Isle (in its original layout). Navigate through a hole in the floor and explore the cave underneath to see a Hilichurl digging at some rocks. Defeat them and interact with the rock pile they were near to uncover the Sea Salt-Crusted Key.

Where can you use the Sea Salt-Crusted Key?

Set the Minacious Isle to Mona's form, this is identifiable as having no other islands located to the west. Then head towards the ruins off to the southern side of the island. Navigate through the ruins and flip both wall levers to reveal a ceiling gate.
The first lever is to the immediate left inside the entrance, the other on a back wall above a cluster of rocks.
There will be a gate beyond this if you climb up to the ceiling, past the group of Hilichurls. The key will open the gate, revealing an alcove containing a chest ready to open.
