Traveling through the Akkala region of Hyrule in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom presents players with a long list of Shrines to complete with Link's brand-new rune abilities - but where exactly can you find them?

Akkala's Shrines are only one part of an already extensive amount of Shrines to find and solve in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and they aren't just hidden on the ground either - as we also have the Sky Islands to contend with.

Where are the shrines on the Akkala surface?

Akkala is located in the very northeastern corner of Hyrule, far away from where most of the action takes place. Don’t mistake it for being a quiet location, however, as Akkala is still littered with plenty of Shrines to keep you occupied - so be sure to scour it on your travels!
