Currently operating in its Closed Beta, pre-registered players have been showcasing exactly what the future looks like in arcade FPS games, but now Twitch drops for XDefiant are the only way to get Beta codes so that you can join the fun and collect free items along the way.

How do you earn Twitch drops?

  1. Link your Twitch Account to your Ubisoft Connect account, by following this link.
  2. Tune into an XDefiant-partnered stream on Twitch. Personalities such as Scump and Pokimane are partnered, and a full list can be found in the above link.
  3. Watch for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Redeem your drops and download the XDefiant Closed Beta

Twitch drops might just be your way into the Closed Beta unless you've managed to wrangle a code from a content creator like the eight Call of Duty pros who featured in the showcase exhibition.

There are a total of three Twitch drops for XDefiant that can be redeemed.

Free items and watch times

Once you've linked your accounts and begun to watch your chosen streamer slay on XDefiant, you will be eligible to get three rewards.

The XDefiant Twitch drops will offer a Beta code and two free items, which will arrive in your inbox after viewing a stream for the set watch times.

Below, you will find the three free items and the watch times needed to earn them.

  • Closed Beta Access: Watch 30 minutes from a partner.
  • D50 "Violet" Weapon Skin: Watch one hour from a partner.
  • MK 20 SSR "Violet" Weapon Skin: Watch one hour from any streamer.

From here on in, you'll be set to give XDefiant a go, and enjoy Ubisoft's medley of madness combined with a touch of Call of Duty swagger.
