But can you actually catch a Shiny Jigglypuff in Pokemon GO? Better yet, can you still catch one now the Spotlight Hour is over? Can You Catch Shiny Jigglypuff In Pokemon GO?

Yes, you can catch a Shiny Jigglypuff in Pokemon GO. Whilst the game's regular Spotlight Hour event increases the spawn rate of its featured Pokemon, it doesn't actually increase the chances of encountering its Shiny version.

So, the only difference the Spotlight Hour makes is that there's more chance of getting a Shiny just through increased trial and error. 

In the core game itself, Shiny Jigglypuff is still available to encounter in Pokemon GO. However, the odds of encountering a Shiny are just the standard of 1-in-500 (0.2%).

So, whilst you can find a Shiny Jigglypuff, you'll need a lot of luck - or wait until the Balloon Pokemon is featured in an event that does increase those odds of finding a Shiny, like the Larvitar Community Day in January.
