Resident Evil 4 Remake Small Cave Shrine Puzzle solution: How to get Blasphemer's Head
The Small Cave Shrine is a key location in Resident Evil 4 Remake, northeast of the Lake, where you must venture and solve the dial puzzle to obtain the Blasphemer's Head to get the Church Key in which Ashely is being held captive.
Unlike the Large Cave Shrine in Resident Evil 4 Remake, where you find the Apostate's Head, you don't encounter any enemy in the Small Cave Shrine. You will find only a two-story wooden building inside a cave accessible using the boat with a puzzle that holds the Blasphemer's Head and a treasure.
However, the main challenge you will face is solving the dial puzzle. If you fail to solve it, you cannot progress further into the game's story. Here is how to solve the Small Cave Shrine puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Similar to the Large Cave Shrine dial puzzle, you can solve the Small Cave Shrine dial puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake by activating three dials corresponding to the nearby murals.

The first mural in the Small Cave Shrine is on the left side of the dial puzzle room on a wooden wall next to the ladder leading to the first floor.

The second mural is on the upper part of the cave wall on the right side of the dial puzzle room.

The third and last mural is found on the first floor. So, take the ladder that we mentioned earlier to reach the first floor, and you will find half of the third mural on the wooden wall right in front of you and the other half on the cave wall.
