Resident Evil 4 Remake Large Cave Shrine Puzzle solution: How to get Apostate's Head
Do you want to know how to solve the Large Cave Shrine puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake? After defeating the Del Lago boss at the Lake, near the end of Chapter 3 in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you'll make your way to the Mural Cave. This is where you will find the Church Key, which is only obtainable only when you have two stone heads: the Apostate and the Blasphemer.
The Apostate's Head in Resident Evil 4 Remake is located in the Large Cave Shrine found west of Mural Cave. When players reach this area of the game and defeat the Ganados, they find the Apostate's Head locked behind a dial puzzle which many fail to solve.

How to solve large cave shrine puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake

To solve the dial puzzle found in the large cave shrine in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you must scout the vicinity for murals that represent the symbols on the dial.

In total, you must find three of these murals. Once you do that, you can activate the corresponding dials to unlock the door holding the Apostate's Heads that you must obtain and place at the Altar in the Mural Cave to obtain the Church Key.

The first mural that hints at the solution to the dial puzzle in the Large Cave Shrine is found on the wall left of the ladder that leads to the dial puzzle. Make your way toward the end of Large Cave Shrine, and you will find the yellow mural.

The second mural is found on the opposite side of the dial puzzle, on stone pillars.

The third mural is found on the wall left of the second mural location. Stick to the left side wall and keep moving forward to reach its location.
