Resident Evil 4 Remake Gold Chicken Egg Location: Where to find for Egg Hunt Quest

While playing Resident Evil 4 Remake, you will find a few different side quests associated with eggs. Some Resident Evil 4 Remake quests ask you to find a particular egg, while some will ask you to sully a certain villain by throwing eggs on his portrait.

During the early game, when you are tackling the main story near the Lake area, you will take on a quest called Egg Hunt, which tasks you to find a rare Gold Chicken Egg in the game.

Where to find Gold Chicken Egg in Resident Evil 4 Remake

In Resident Evil 4 Remake, you will find a Gold Chicken Egg east of the broken ship on a small lakeside area filled with a ton of chickens. To reach there, you must use the boat accessible after defeating the Del Lago boss.

Once you are near the shared location, park your boat at the dock and move towards the east. Near the dead end, you will find the rare Gold Chicken Egg.

Apart from that, you will also find a Gold Chicken Egg in the Throne Room of the Castle right past the Antechamber that you can access right after your encounter with Major Jack Krauser.

The Golden Egg is locked behind a box puzzle that you can easily solve using the cube you acquire while progressing the game's story. That said, here is the exact location where you will find the second Gold Chicken Egg in Resident Evil 4 Remake:

Once you have the Gold Chicken Egg, you can complete the Egg Hunt quest by selling it to Merchant NPC. So, navigate to the nearest Merchant location, interact with him, and select the "Sell" option.

Select the Gold Chicken Egg and hold the action button to sell it. Doing so will complete the Egg Hunt quest, and you will get three Spinel as a reward and an additional 9000 Ptas for selling the egg.
