Here's how you can find the report on the bridge in Dead Space Remake
Finding the report is an objective in the Dead Space remake, sparked from your first encounter with the Hunter Necromorph, and we're going to show you where to get it.
The Dead Space side quest is called 'Premeditated Malpractice' and will trigger around chapter five of the game after the encounter with Dr Mercer. If you're struggling to find the report, read here, we'll tell you where you need to go to complete the quest.
Premeditated Malpractice Quest
To trigger this side quest, you must first freeze the Hunter Necromorph in Cryogenics in Chapter Five. You'll be left with a tissue sample which you must then take to the medical wing and examine to trigger the next part of the quest. You'll need to place the sample on a bench within the main lab area, it will be flagged on your quest objective if you use the locator feature to highlight it.

Next, you'll be asked to investigate Ore Storage before you can get the bridge report. Ore Storage is located in the Mining Deck which can only be unlocked after you have completed the main objective in the Hydroponics section of the Ishimura. Once you have faced the Leviathan in food storage and defeated it, the path to the Mining Deck will be unlocked.
Travel to Mining Deck C (floor four), Ore Storage is the last door at the end of the hallway, round the bend and past the laser traps. Inside, there is a shop that has been destroyed with bloody remains scattered around it.
There is also a group of boxes to the left side of the doorway entrance which can be moved with the Kinesis Module. Once moved, the boxes will uncover an audio station that must be triggered to unlock the next part of the quest.

After listening to the audio log in Ore Storage, you'll be tasked with uncovering the next part of the Hunter storyline. This will entail locating a report on the Bridge and, for this, travel to the Main Atrium on the Bridge.
From the doorway turn right to the first free-standing terminal. There should be a 'Play' prompt as this is where the report was logged. Play the clip to complete this stage of the side quest.
