The Cinderace Tera Raid start time will be at 00:00 UTC and GMT/18:00 CT/16:00 PT on Friday, 30 December 2022. The Cinderace raid will run for almost three full days until 23:59 UTC and GMT/17:59 CT/15:59 PT on Sunday, 1 January 2023.

For those who might not have access to 6 and 7-star raids at this time, or don't have time to go take on the Cinderace raid during the holiday season, there is no need to worry.

The Cinderace Tera Raid will be available a second time in January, starting at 00:00 UTC and GMT/18:00 CT/16:00 PT on Friday, 13 January 2023 until 23:59 UTC and GMT/17:59 CT/15:59 PT on Sunday, 15 January 2023.

In order to have access to the 7-star Cinderance Tera Raid in your own game, you need to have access to 6-star raids. You need to achieve this via the following steps in order:

  • Complete the main story - three main story paths, Area Zero, and roll credits.
  • Have rematches with all gym leaders on behalf of Champion Geeta.
  • Win the Ace Academy Tournament, which will unlock 5-star Tera Raids.
  • Keep hosting 5-star Tera Raids until you get a call from Jacq saying 6-star Tera Raids have been unlocked.
  • Look for a black fighting-type Tera Raid symbol on your map with a pink outline. This will be Cinderace.

Alternatively, you can try to join a Cinderace Tera Raid via Scarlet and Violet's Poke Portal. After connecting to the internet, select "Tera Raid Battle", the Cinderace raid will likely appear amongst raids which are actively searching for teammates.

There will be many trying to jump into these. So, if you're not able to - press the X button to "check for new postings", and try to enter as soon as you see a Cinderace raid pop up.

That is all you need to know about the Cinderace Tera Raid start time in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and how to find it. For more exclusive Pokemon, check out how to find Roaring Moon, or where to find Iron Valiant
