The Apex Legends Teamwork Badge is one of the most distinguished Badges you can display on your banner. The Teamwork Badge is not only a symbol of individual skill but a warning to all Apex Legends players who bear witness to it that your entire squad are demons in the Apex Games. In this guide, you'll find a detailed explanation of the Apex Legends Teamwork Badge, plus some tips on how to acquire it.

The Apex Legends Teamwork Badge is an evolving, multistage Account Badge. There are four versions of the Teamwork Badge:

  • Team. Work. I
  • Team. Work. II
  • Team. Work. III
  • Team. Work. IV

When people refer to the Teamwork Badge in Apex Legends, generally, they're talking about Team. Work. IV. Because it's an Account Badge, you only need to complete the associated challenge once to unlock it across all legends.

Commonly referred to as the 10 / 10 / 10 Badge, the Teamwork Badge is one of the Apex Legends rarest Badges due to the sheer difficulty in obtaining it. To unlock the highest tier of the Teamwork Badge, your premade squad must finish a match with ten kills each. Since it only counts Trios, this means to unlock the maxed-out Teamwork Badge, you and your teammates must eliminate 30 enemies total, which is about half the lobby.

Tips For Obtaining The Apex Legends Teamwork Badge

Obtaining the Team. Work. IV Badge in Apex Legends requires skill, coordination, and, of course, lots of teamwork. This is one of those rare Apex Legends Badges that you can't get without some help. You could go out there and get 30 kills all by yourself, but it won't unlock the Teamwork Badge.

To earn the Teamwork Badge, you'll not only need to play aggressively and make quick work of opponents, but you'll also have to try and divvy up the kills evenly. If anyone on the team falls short of ten kills, you won't get the Badge. Also, make sure you're in a premade squad. For whatever reason achieving this great feat with random players doesn't count.

You'll need to procure a team of talented and unselfish players. Eliminating 30 enemies in a match is an impressive accomplishment on its own. But everyone needs to get a piece of that pie! Once one squadmate is at ten kills, they need the trigger discipline to hold back and let their teammates finish off the remaining opponents. And since each player needs to hit the mark of ten kills, all three must possess the individual skill to finish off enemies without assistance.

Without a doubt, there's some luck involved in obtaining the Apex Legends Teamwork Badge. You could drop hot and chase down enemies all match, but sometimes, there just won't be enough livestock for everyone to get ten kills each. But if you get the right crew together, and keep at it, eventually, you'll be able to equip this prestigious Badge to your profile. And since it's an Account Badge, you can use it on any legend!

Slaying half the lobby with your friends is more manageable when you're using S Tier and A Tier weapons from the Apex Legends weapons tier list.
