Two new Pokemon squshmallows are available to preorder and they might be some of the most adorable additions yet.

The squishmallows are expected to ship in January 2024, but anyone who is hoping to get their hands on one of the new plushies can put their orders in now.

Two new Pokemon Squishmallows are available to preorder

Clefairy and Teddiursa are the latest two Pokemon to be turned into Squishmallows as preorders to purchase the plushies have gone live on the Pokemon Center website.

According to the website, the squishmallows are 12-inch teddies which are priced at $29.99 USD each and come with an embroidered Pokémon Center Poké Ball logo on the back.

The website states: “In a 12-inch size that's exclusive to Pokémon Center, this ultra-squeezable [Pokemon] Squishmallows plush is made with soft, high-quality materials and features [the Pokemon’s] cute ears and sweet smile. It's perfect for snuggling in the car, on the plane, or at home during a Pokémon movie marathon."

They are currently set to ship in the middle of January 2024.

The plushies will not be restocked according to the Pokemon Center website, so this is your only opportunity to get your hands on them.

Some Pokemon fans have had issues trying to preorder

Since the Squishmallows are so cute, many people rushed to the website to order which resulted in the site going down.

Many fans were unhappy with the issues on the site, with some commenting: “Errors left and right smh.”

Another Twitter user wrote: “Completely unacceptable to not be able to checkout 30 mins after an announced release.”

Thankfully, it seems like orders are now able to go through and there is still stock left for anyone looking to secure an adorable friend to keep them company in the new year.
