One of the best PlayStation exclusive titles seems to be getting another chance at the spotlight.

A member of the resetera forum spotted that a complete edition of Horizon Forbidden West has been approved by Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority.

Horizon Forbidden West seems to be getting a complete edition

Singapore's media authority has rated Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition for PlayStation, suggesting that the game could be coming soon.

Though no official release date has been announced, it is expected to come in the next few months as it is stated to be releasing in 2023.

According to the Extended Classification Information on the IMDA website, the Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition will contain the base game and the Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores DLC.

The compilation is classified M18 for sexual references with specific references to same-sex relationships being in the game listed as reasoning for this.

As it stands, the game is only rated for PS5, however some people suspect that it may release on PC soon since it has been two years since the original game's console debut.

Horizon Forbidden West was forced to compete with Elden Ring

Guerrilla Games' 2022 action roleplaying game, Horizon Forbidden West, never got its time to shine thanks to its release date being close to that of Elden Ring.

There has been a lot of comparison between the two games, which were released just one week apart, despite their differences, and Elden Ring's huge success meant that Forbidden West got pushed aside by a lot of players.

While both games are big-budget, open-world, action-adventure RPGs, they are both very individual when it comes to graphics, story, environment and characters.

The complete edition will hopefully help players who haven't gotten around to exploring Horizon Forbidden West a chance to experience the game alongside its DLC.
