The FPS world is locked in a war with its own players. Call of Duty: Warzone's ongoing battle against cheaters and hackers in-game is laborious and seemingly never-ending, as hundreds of thousands of players have had their games cut short by sneaky means.

Black Ops Cold War has also had its run-ins with cheaters, and generally has kept them at bay - but now the Call of Duty series is becoming recognised by its cheaters.

But, that means good things for other FPS franchises. With a new Battlefield title on the horizon, maybe the franchise has the chance to tear out ahead of CoD with its lack of cheaters, right? Right?

Fans Are Already Being Offered Battlefield 2042 Hacks

Well, that didn’t last long. Our hopes for a cheat-free next-gen FPS may have been short-lived, as a website has already offered cheating services to players. The game isn’t even out yet.

The website, that we won’t name here (nice try, you cheeky devils) is offering a series of hacks to help players perform better in-game. The hacks include aimbot, ESP (Extra Sensory Perception), a cheat radar, and a full menu that lets you “adjust every aspect of the BF 2042 Hack”.

The site also offers hacks for a slew of other FPS titles like Black Ops Cold War, Warzone and Apex Legends. Chances are they’ll be mining the upcoming Vanguard Alpha for cheats too, so if you’re getting involved in the testing period, keep an eye out for hackers.

What Cheats Does The Site Offer For Warzone?

Raven Software

As we know, Warzone is rife with hackers, and it’s thanks to sites like this that the problem is still something that Raven Software is trying to fight. The site that offers hacks for Battlefield 2042 hacks also dishes out cheats to Warzone players in the shape of wallhacks and aimbots.

It looks like hackers don’t just have their sights set on the Call of Duty series, and are now looking to get their grubby mitts on any popular game that passes them by. Battlefield 2042 might already have its work cut out, but fingers crossed, they can work it back and offer a more effective anti-cheat than the likes of Warzone have so far.

EA might be dealing with cheats already - but it has the chance to set a precedent with its handling of hackers. Fingers crossed devs are as ruthless as we know they can be.
