Gotham Knights Switch announcement expected at rumoured September Nintendo Direct

Despite the co-op game's tepid reception in October last year, Gotham Knights may be put before a new audience on the Nintendo Switch.
According to the ESRB and Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority, the Batman inspired game has been rated for Nintendo Switch consoles.
Gotham Knights has been rated for Nintendo Switch
Inspired by the Batman: Gotham Knights comic series, Warner Bros. 2022 game released on PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S.
Twitter user, Andrew Marmo, recently shared a screenshot of the Singapore Ratings Board website which lists the game as being rated as suitable for 16 and above for Nintendo Switch,Sony Playstation 5,Xbox Series X/S.
This is echoed on the ESRB website which rates the game T for Teen.
Gotham Knights was initially also going to release on Playstation 4 and Xbox One consoles, however these releases were cancelled.
The rating change comes ahead of a rumoured September Nintendo Direct
While there has been no official announcement, many people believe there will be a Nintendo Direct coming in September as has been the case for several years.
As there are usually several third-party releases announced at Directs, there is a good chance that the Nintendo Switch edition of Gotham Knights could be on the list.
Gotham Knights received mixed or average reviews at release, however the game could draw attention from a new player base of Switch users.
Even though there are many single-player Switch games, the console lends itself especially well to cooperative play, though there is no split-screen co-op in Gotham Knights as it stands.
