We hope you've been collecting Gimmighoul Coins over the festive period because we've just found one of the most expensive Pokemon collaborations yet. While we all know about the marketing might of those adorable Pocket Monsters, there's been a recent push into luxury collabs.

We previously covered the eye-watering Tiffany x Pokemon line with an 18K yellow gold Pikachu necklace costing $29,000. Fendi's isn't quite that much, but trust us, your bank account will be screaming out for CPR if you head over to the Fendi site. We've got to admit that if we had the money, we probably would.

Over on Fendi right now, the luxury fashion brand is celebrating Chinese New Year with The Pokemon Company. As 2024 is the Year of the Dragon, this adorable collection honours the Dratini line and its evolutions.

Uniting the two sides, the latest collab in the "Friends of Fendi" line sees Artistic Directors Silvia Venturini Fendi and Kim Jones working with The Pokemon Company and Hiroshi Fujiwara of streetwear label Fragment. The Italian brand's iconic Baguette and Peekaboo bags are getting a makeover, as well as Mini By the Way, clothing, and even a leather Dragonite.

Everything from wallets to earrings have been given a Pokemakeover, with an impressive array of items available online and in Fendi boutiques from today (January 4). As for pricing, brace yourself. Over on the Fendi US store, the cheapest item is the FENDI x FRGMT x POKÉMON multicolor silk narrow scarf at $240.

The most expensive is the FENDI x FRGMT x POKÉMON beaded bag at $9,400. Other highlights include the FENDI x FRGMT x POKÉMON yellow nappa leather bag ($4,300) and the adorable FENDI x FRGMT x POKÉMON yellow leather totem ($2,290).

The Fendi x Pokemon collab is also in Pokemon GO

If you're wincing even looking at these prices, don't worry because there's still a way you can dress to impress. Niantic's Pokemon GO is also honouring the collection, and better yet, you won't have to spend a penny to look a million dollars.

The Pokemon GO blog confirms that you can dress your in-game avatars in all their Fendi x FRGMT finery. To get an exclusive Dragonite hoodie for your avatar, follow this redemption link and enter the code "FENDIxFRGMTxPOKEMON".

From January 4, you'll also be able to find Fendi-sponsored Pokestops at select Fendi retail and pop-up locations. If you spin them, you'll get a unique hat and T-shirt combo. So, even if you've not won the lottery this Christmas, you can still honour the Year of the Dragon within the Pokeverse.
