Kaitlyn "Amouranth" Siragusa has sparked anger among her fans after stating she 'resonates' wit

h Kim Kardashian's controversial Variety interview. Kim K came under fire after stating her "best advice for women in business" is to "get your f*cking a*s up and work."

Twitch streamer Amouranth is no stranger to controversy. On numerous occasions she's had to defend herself against trolls for her ASMR mic-licking, hot tub-based streams, and for promoting her OnlyFans account during her broadcasts. However, she hasn't let that stunt her drive as she went on to become Twitch's most popular female streamer, which was particularly inspiring for fans given how she came from a low-income background.

So, for many fans, it was a surprising twist for Amouranth to claim she "resonated" with Kim Kardashian's controversial comment that "it seems like nobody wants to work these days."

What Did Amouranth Say About Kim Kardashian's 'Get Your F*cking A*s Up And Work' Comment?

In an interview with Variety, Kim Kardashian prompted a wave of controversy after claiming that she had "the best advice for women in business" which is to "get your f*cking a*s up and work." Social media went wild with viewers claiming that the reality TV star's comments were out of touch given her wealthy background. However, Amouranth stunned her fans by saying that she actually agreed with some of Kim K's views.

On March 23, Amouranth retweeted the Variety article and said: "This resonates with me. Even in the top echelons of the most highly competitive fields, work ethic still gives an edge. Consistency counts. If you can do the bohemian thing while maintaining consistency and work ethic you'll literally change the world, mould it to your vision."

Continuing the topic in a long thread of tweets, the 28-year-old claimed: "People say having rich parents is a life on 'easy mode' and in a way it is… you don't have to worry about bills or mundane things. But, it also robs you of the ability to feel as good about small victories and to compound that momentum into something that escapes your families' shadow."

How Did Fans React To Amouranth's Comments?

While some partly agreed with the streamer, Amouranth's tweets prompted anger among her other fans who thought Kardashian's comments were ignorant. One Twitter user said: "Objectively yes, 'get your fucking ass up and work' is good business advice. It's a lot of work. However, 'it seems like nobody wants to work these days' is the last thing I want to hear from someone who always had the power and recourses to make her endeavours a success."

Amouranth has definitely earned herself the title of 'trailblazer' in terms of the way she's helped pave the way for other female streamers, especially the fact she has tirelessly worked her way to the top. While some fans agreed with her comments about Kim K, it may have seemed like a kick in the teeth to others.
