How to get a treehouse in The Sims 4 Growing Together
There is only one type of treehouse in The Sims 4 Growing Together expansion, found within the build and buy mode catalogue.
To find it, you can search for it in the search bar of the catalogue under the name 'Timber! Treehouse Base'.
Once you have bought and placed the tree, it will first look like any other tree with a set of wooden planks resting on the trunk.
To make the treehouse, you must select it and choose the option to build it.
If you'd like to speed up the process, you can repeat this with all teens to elder sims in your household and get them to build it together as a family. Children can join too but will mostly supervise the action rather than help themselves.
Once built, you can click on the treehouse and set it as a kids-only or teens-only hangout, thus preventing other life stages from entering.
