The Stone Pedestal in chapter three of the Resident Evil 4 Remake features a hexagon puzzle that requires you to join three missing hexagon puzzle pieces and complete the mural. If you're struggling to complete or find the puzzle pieces in the game, we're here to help.

Keep reading for all Hexagon Piece locations and how to solve the Stone Pedestal puzzle.

Where is the Hexagon Piece A?

The first Hexagon Piece needed to solve the Stone Pedestal puzzle is located within the Merchant's stall outside the Quarry. Before exploring the lake and nearby Fish Farm, you'll pass through one of the Merchant's shops. This stall is one of the special stalls that links to an elevator leading to a shooting range.

Whilst you're here you can have a go competing in the shooting challenges and try to win tokens. Tokens can then be redeemed for Charms which have various buff effects on your Attaché Case.

Whilst at the stall, head over to a briefcase opposite the Merchant. This will contain Hexagon Piece A.

Where is the Hexagon Piece B?

Hexagon Piece B is slightly trickier to pick up as it is within the Fish Farm surrounded by enemies. You may wish to try to approach this area sneakily, either way, you'll need to head this way to pick up the Fuel quest item.

The piece is located in another briefcase, identical to the last, on a little bank next to the water. (As indicated on the map above).

Watch out for the patrolling enemies in the area, you may have to fight your way out.

Where is the Hexagon Piece C?

The last Hexagon Piece is in the altar section of the lake map. The altar also contains one of the statue heads needed to free the Church Key in the Mural Cave, so you should be headed this way anyway and there should be a waypoint to guide you to it.

Once you've landed at the altar, there will be a puzzle with various symbols etched onto pressure plates. You must press the plates in the order indicated above. The clue to this puzzle is finding the symbols around the altar in yellow paint, this will tell you the ones you need to press.

Once you have pressed the symbols the gate should open, clearing the way forward to the statue head and the briefcase containing the last puzzle piece (this is to the right of the statue).

Now, return to the Stone Pedestal which should be marked on your map and is located next to a cabin below the exit to the Merchant's stall.

Place the missing Hexagon Pieces on the altar and rearrange them until you create a mosaic of Del Lago the sea monster.

Each section of the puzzle will rotate in a group of three, the end mosaic should have a scene of Del Lago encompassed by a circle. The trick here is to use the circle as a guide to join up the pieces correctly if you're not sure how the picture should look.
